The club continued its 6-a-side competitions, but change was the message.
The club named its first manager as Paul Pinder.
Also in the same year the club changed its name from Rotten Row Athletic to Holbank FC. The name Holbank was decided upon in March 2005 using the address of some of the team, Holborn Drive in Ormskirk and GreenBank School where matches and training were held.
The club is formally founded.
The club began with the name Rotten Row Athletic as they played on Victoria Park, Southport.
The year 2004 the team was built and the search for a manager beagn.
The club origionally was a 6-a-side team built around Alex Williams, Calum Pinder, John Moffatt, Dan Ray and Carl Halsall. There first game finished 3-3.
